| Job Description: |
-Manage client relationships. -Supervise Staff and Seniors. -Implement and design Accounting Systems. -Provide direct and indirect cost rate structure design and analysis (including preparation of a comprehensive forward pricing model). -Prepare and negotiate equitable adjustment and termination claims. -Provide strategic pricing assistance, analyze Request For Proposals (RFP’s), and prepare cost proposals. -Interpret Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations. -Prepare Disclosure Statements. -Interpret Small Business Administration Rules and regulations including minority participation requirements of the 8(a) and SDB programs. -Address compliance issues related to the Service Contract Act . -Review and develop policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts and pricing. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
-Experience with FAR, CAS or other government contract experience required. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -The ability to be both a leader and work well in a team environment. -Strong problem solving/analytical skills. -Must be self-motivated. |
