9915 Loss Mitigation Lead Job

Location: District of Columbia  
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: 75,000 - 105,000
Total Compensation: 75,000 - 105,000
Job Description: Loss Mit Lead will provide key documentation, tracking, organization, writing, analytic, and logistical set up for various preferred loss mitigation strategies (PLMS), process and strategic initiatives. Work will include set up and early implementation of targeted initiatives. Loss Mit Lead will also help shape framework for implementing and testing disposition modes for PFS, DIL, and TPS eligible properties. Work will include: • Identification and filtering of potential loan populations for inclusion in tactical strategies • Development of memos, process flows, Powerpoint and other materials to assist in implementation and evaluation • Management of process/projects and accountability for outcome • Coordination with external partners to include Servicers • Coordination with internal partners to include servicing directors, portfolio managers, analytic modelers, and REO project teams • Build out of fastrack handoff to REO Sales team for targeted DIL properties • Coordination with REO Best Execution process development team
Education and Certifications/Licenses: None, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years residential loss mitigation experience Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Hands-on/Attention to Detail MS Visio
