| Position Responsibilities: |
* Financial statement consolidations of multiple reporting entities
* Work with reporting entities to resolve accounting issues
* Maintenance of the general ledger
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist in due diligence of acquired companies
* Aid in developing SOX compliance, policies & procedures
* Work with external auditors and provide necessary information
* Month end and year end responsibilities, including collection of data from reporting entities for income-tax

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
*Bachelors Degree
* Expertise in Excel
* GAAP knowledge |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
*CPA
* 3+ yrs related experience in a multi-entity environment
* Prior use of ERP Systems helpful |
