Location:
Southeast (AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC & TN)
Salary Range: 125,000 - 150,000
Bonus & Incentives: Excellent Incentive Plan based on Performance
Position Responsibilities: PURPOSE OF POSITION The Channel Manager- US Cash Management Services, maintains responsibility for i) developing the program to support assigned Client Bank(s) in training, promoting, marketing and selling Lockbox and Account Reconciliation services to its corporate customers and ii) creating training tools, sales and marketing materials that can be used to promote Lockbox and Account Reconciliation services to both our Client Bank(s) and Company's brand and service offering RESPONSIBILITIES: - Acting as one of the primary interfaces (along with the Sales Directors, Solution Consultants, Operations and Client Relations) to the Client Bank(s) to ensure continuous and frequent communication of Company's activities within its US Lockbox and Account Reconciliation product offerings. - Interact and coordinate with Sales Directors, Solution Consultants and Operations to ensure that Client Bank(s) needs are addressed - Working with Company's Resource Center to establish and maintain an RFP response library for Lockbox and Account Reconciliation opportunities - Creating white-labeled content describing Company's Lockbox and Account Reconciliation offerings that could be used by the Client Bank(s) to develop branded sales and marketing materials. This includes brochures and literature, web-based demos, white papers, success stories, scripts for site tours and RFP responses - Working with the US Lockbox and Account Reconciliation Product Development teams to ensure client and industry requirements are considered and incorporated into future Product Roadmap releases - Developing effective and thorough programs to train and educate Client Banks(s) on Company's US Lockbox and Account Reconciliation offerings - Working with the Defined Service Offering team to ensure Service Levels and Pricing is competitive and consistent with Client expectations - Working with Company's US Marketing group to ensure Lockbox and Account Reconcilement materials support Channel activities and can be leveraged for Company sales and marketing activities
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: POSITION REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE: College degree required Ability to work in an unstructured, evolving work environment Effective Management skills and proven Leadership abilities Proficient with Powerpoint, Acrobat and other creative tools for marketing purposes Ease with communicating and developing business relationships with external customers Ability to co-ordinate activities across multiple disciplinary teams including Sales, Solutions Consulting, Operations, Technology, Product and Client Relations Team player Demonstrated ability for effective issue resolution and problem management Strong documentation skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties from multiple disciplines (Technology, Product, Operations, Sales, Solution Consultants) Ability to take complex business, technical and workflow issues, and develop client communications that are focused, structured and incorporate the key messages about the Service Offering in a creative manner Ease with dealing with Senior Management and the Senior Executive Team Strong project management and time management skills Understanding of marketing principles and ability to assist in the development of a marketing plan Extensive experience with Lockbox and/or Account Reconciliation Product Management or Channel Management considered a prerequisite SKILLS REQUIRED: - Proven leadership skills - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work through complex business processes and issues - Strong communication and presentation skills - Effective documentation and writing skills - Creative thinker/marketer - Ability to build business relationships - Experience as a lockbox and/or account reconcilement product manager and/or channel manager considered a perquisite Skills Required: * Proven leadership skills * Strong analytical skills * Ability to work through complex business processes and issues * Strong communication and presentation skills * Effective documentation and writing skills * Creative thinker/marketer * Ability to build business relationships * Experience as a lockbox and/or account reconcilement product manager and/0r channel manager considered a perquisite * Project management skills considered as assett .
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Comments: 40 hours per week. Normal business hours. Site and Client travel required. Off –shift and weekend work may be required as needed A valid passport facilitating entrance into the United States required.
