| Position Responsibilities: |
Provides analytical support for the extension of credit and ongoing administration of credit. Interacts independently or in concert with others with relationship managers, other sales personnel, credit officers, and occasionally bank management, clients or prospects.
Prepares offerings by determining and gathering the information necessary to analyze the financial strength of borrowers. Participates actively in due diligence meetings with borrowers. This is done by assessing organizational structure and financial statement such as balance sheet, income statements, and cash flows, and evaluating overall strengths and weaknesses of borrower.
May assist or have primary responsibility for the timely administration of loans within an assigned portfolio including the preparation of annual reviews and the satisfactory resolution of credit deficiencies such as collateral exceptions and covenant violations.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor degree preferred in Business, Finance or Accounting. Minimum of five years bank experience in a commercial lending position. Successful completion of a Credit Training Program (18-24 months) or a comparable program at another financial institution or participation in lending or credit activities for a period of two to four years. Depending on assigned line of business, relevant industry experience may be required.
Advanced credit analytical skills. Developing knowledge of risk management, credit policy and credit administration procedures. Computer literacy. Familiarity with Bank’s computer-based tools. Strong teamwork and written and verbal communication skills. Must be self-motivated and proficient in time management skills. Centralized commercial credit underwriting experience is highly desirable.
