| Position Responsibilities: |
** Oversee trade process: set-up, authorization, execution and accuracy.
** Manage a small operations staff
** Establish & Document all policy & procedures
** Manage external client relationships
** Detailed reporting and tracking of all performance numbers - Each fund & annual returns
** Establish and maintain relationships with Clients (institutional, hedge funds, financial institutions & corporations), globally
** Maintain customer database consisting of performance information & metrics
**Maintain portfolio management system and analytics database
** Formulate and distribute reports based on analysis to support sales, product development and corporate planning strategies.
**Validate the information and report it to appropriate company individuals. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Securities Designations (7, 63) |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
*** 3+ years in Operations Management with a broker dealer, financial institution &/or asset management firm.
***Strong database management analysis and reporting skills. Good PowerPoint, Excel and design applications desired.
** Bloomberg and Advent experience preferred. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
*** Securities Designations (7, 63) are beneficial
*** Some broker-dealer, financial planner, bank or investment advisor experience is a plus
*** Strong operations, investment &/Or economics background, upbeat with very good attention to detail, who wants to learn.
