Job 8692: Director - Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: NJ   Summerset County, NJ
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: $125K+ base +bonus + stock equalling $250 total comp
Bonus & Incentives: 30% Bonus + 75% stock incentive w/ 3 year vest
Position Responsibilities: Fortune 100 conglomerate in Summerset County, NJ is looking for an analytical and innovative team player with excellent modeling, leadership and supervisory skills to fill this dynamic position. Perform critical analysis and special projects for senior management (e.g., product/region/customer profitability; business case evaluations, etc.); perform modeling scenarios to assess alternative business outcomes to complex issues; condenses large amounts of financial data into concise proposals and presentations to support executive decision making; conduct benchmarking analysis and research to derive and support modeling assumptions; serve as Finance business partner and deputy responsible compliance officer for multiple lines of business organizations (i.e., develop, monitor and report on monthly key drivers, actual and variances to budget and forecasts, etc.); develop risk analysis and contingency plans in order to achieve financial objectives.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CPA, MBA, CFA, etc. a + but not nec
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum 7 years applicable experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines • Strong analytic, budgeting and modeling skills; progressive and logical thinker • Advanced PC and presentation skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact successfully with all levels of management • Strong leadership and negotiation skills; ability to secure information and work products through non-reporting personnel • Excellent organization skills; demonstrated flexibility and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting work deliverables • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications: • MBA preferred • CPA,CFA or CMA certification preferred • Previous experience in client/partner relationships • Previous supervisory experience • Previous budget experience • Knowledge of vFrame, PeopleSoft, Access • Financial planning & analysis experience
