| Job Description: |
Looking for Staff to Sr. Accountants and Billing/AR/Collections called "Client Account Specialists (CAS)" The CAS is responsible for all aspects of billing and collections processes for assigned clients and billing attorneys. Manages a portfolio of matters and ensures that the portfolio and individual matters meet firm standards for billing and collections. Interacts with Partners, management, clients and staff, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Analyze Work in Progress (WIP), A/R, aging and unapplied cash to assist billing attorneys in meeting billing and collection goals and improve cash cycle. Requires advanced communication to identify and resolve billing and collections process. |
