| Job Description: |
Take over the management of the commercial lending department. Direct the existing team and add talent to further develop their market share. Duties will include credit quality, stratigic planing, sales management and new business development. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Management experience of commercial lending. Commercial lending and credit experience. Experience in Central Maryland and Anna Arundel County. Formal commercial credit training from a large regional bank or larger. |
