| Job Description: |
•To search for and implement new business opportunities to increase revenue •To network and implement new referral sources every quarter •Initial analysis of prospects application, financials and indepth review of accounts receivable, while working with decision makers to come to mutually agreeable terms. •Full responsibility for everything that happens or fails to happen in your territory •Consistent management of Sales force (our CRM software) of referral sources and leads |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
1-2 years of demonstrated, successful sales experience in a bank, mortgage company or commercial finance company |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
3-5 years of sales experience with a bank, mortgage lender or specialty finance company Telephone sales skills Excellent communication skills Team player High energy, high achiever |
