| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requirements • BS, Accounting or Finance • CPA/MBA highly preferred. Public accounting experience preferred. • 7-10 years experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Must have demonstrated track record of managing a high performing accounting team. At least 4 years experience in managerial role is a non-negotiable requirement for this assignment. Individuals with very strong aptitiude for mentoring and developing their direct reports will be considered leading candidates for this role. • Strong experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of payroll, income tax return preparation, sales tax and IFRS will be a huge plus. |
