| Job Description: |
The economy is picking up, businesses are starting to grow and expand - and now they need loans. Use your industry knowledge, your strong credit skills and your networking expertise to help small and medium sized business buy new equipment, expand via new construction or increase their lines of credit. Manage and massage the entire lending process from business development and loan origination through structuring and close. Write loans between $500K and $2M and work a multi-town territory in lower Fairfield County. Collaborate with the Branches to share leads and cross sell products. Utilize your own resources and contacts in the area to develop new business and break into new industries. Opportunity for advancement into a leadership role. Looking for qualified candidates with both C&I lending and Commercial Real Estate lending. Will consider Credit Analysts/Portfolio Managers with community banking experience. |
