| Job Description: |
Center stage diverse tax role reports directly to Tax leader with responsibility for tax compliance, research and planning. Prepare and/or reviews federal, state and local tax returns and reports, assist with tax audits and identify and resolve tax issues and opportunities. Prepare quarterly estimates and various “what if” analyses; predict and analyze the federal, state, and local tax implications and ramifications of various business scenarios. Make recommendations based on your findings. Apply FAS109 for federal, state, and international jurisdictions; maintain tax accounts including account analysis for all tax accounts (income, franchise, property, sales and use, business licenses, and excise, among others). Work with tax consultants on various projects in support of capital acquisitions. Assist with other projects to include transfer pricing studies, earnings and profit calculations, etc. Determine accruals and other adjustments needed periodically. Work interactively cross functional leadership. |

Masters, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
CPA and/or MST with 3+ years tax experience, with focus on consolidated federal and Multi-State corporate income tax / FAS 109, tax planning, research and compliance. Some international tax experience is a big plus. Great work life balance. |

$70,000 to $95,000 + 10+ % bonus + excellent benefits.
