| Job Description: |
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Review credits for adherence to banks policies and guidelines, concentrating on commercial portfolio and retail/small business overrides Document any policy exceptions Communicate with lending personnel on specific credits Decision Appropriate Risk Ratings for credits using bank guidelines Report to Loan Review Manager findings of credit review Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Work with External Loan Review to facilitate timely portfolio reviews Work with regulatory agencies to facilitate timely portfolio review Works with Credit Administration to facilitate other risk assessment activities Required Education and / or Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of ten years related credit experience preferably in a Loan Review or Credit Administration Role Required Skills: Ability to analyze financial statements and cash flows, analyze trends, make projections, evaluate loan repayment probability, analyze loan structures and review appraisals Knowledge of Bank Policies and Procedures Knowledge of Banking Regulations Knowledge of Banking Industry Written and Oral Communication Skills Ability to work independently Computer Skills including proficiency with Word and Excel applications Customer Service Skills Management/Organizational Skills |
