11008 Director- Treasury Liquidity Management Job

Location: CT-Other   Southern CT
Northeast (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI & VT)
Salary Range: 175,000 - 250,000
Total Compensation: 200,000 - 270,000
Job Description: Responsibilities Supervise liquidity management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy. Provide advisory on new regulations and their impact on relevant business areas. Essential Responsibilities - Internal • Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders across multiple businesses to devise a strategic liquidity management framework including both quantitative /qualitative solutions, encompassing Governance, structural and strategic liquidity management, short term/intra-day liquidity management, Contingent liquidity planning, related policies/procedures, funds transfer pricing • Ensure stress testing program satisfies regulatory requirements and company policy • Develop reporting processes identifying key liquidity metrics, trends & variances with a focus on ALM.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Masters, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: • Advanced (masters, MBA) degree in Finance, Economics or related field • 10-20 years Financial services experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Finance &/or Liquidity Risk Management • Strong supervisory and project management skills • Excellent communications skills and presentation a must
