CREDIT AND LOAN ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Well regarded super community bank seeks a Credit and Loan Administration Officer for their Columbus, Ohio office. This bank is locally regarded as one of the best business banks in the region and one of the most profitable in the country. This position plays an integral part of a small lending team that prides itself in providing premier service to client companies. The Credit and Loan Administration Officer will add value by working collaboratively with lenders to help assess client credit worthiness, structure deals, etc. This is an ideal role for a credit trained banker at a larger regional or national bank who wants to provide hands-on credit advice to lenders and clients. This bank prides itself on providing a strong team culture. | Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Job Qualifications Seasoned analyst (5+ years) who can independently evaluate the financial condition of C&I credits as well as CRE credits with little or no supervision. •Possess innate ability to summarize and draw conclusions from apparent financial trends. •Broad knowledge of accounting •Proficient at reading and understanding all types of tax returns •Enjoys the analytical process and has desire to take on increased responsibility on the credit side of the business long-term •Must provide value added advice and feedback to experienced lenders. Will provide credit and loan administration support to lenders in order to free them up to do more business development. •Understands the construction draw process. This person must have strong background in construction loan administration. •Effective communicator – can translate analytical concepts into easily understandable narrative. |
