| Job Description: |
Reviews commercial and commercial real estate credits in various portfolios, across the business banking, middle-market lending and large corporate lending lines of business to assure that loans are in compliance with corporate risk management and regulatory agencies. Provides reports to department supervision and sr. mgmt. in the appropriate lending groups. Assigns loan quality ratings based upon review findings; monitors criticized assets and reports on critical changes in risk-exposures to lenders and appropriate management contacts. Advises the Special Assets team of review findings when appropriate and engages in “special projects, as assigned by supervisor. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree; 2-10 years experience as loan-review analyst or specialist; desire to assume more significant leadership role(s) in the loan-review function, in the future. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
O.C.C. “Examiner” experience will qualify a candidate for this position. “Regional or Super-regional” bank background is strongly preferred. |
