| Job Description: |
The Regional Manager is responsible for Bank sales and operational results of a 15 – 20 branch geographic region, and assumes responsibility for the hiring, training, development, motivation and performance of the branch teams and Branch Managers assigned. Directs the implementation of the Bank sales management and quality service processes at the regional level. Responsible for managing strategies to meet regional sales and service goals, including the implementation of tactics designed to achieve those goals. The Regional Manager is also responsible for supporting community development activity in their market, given their key Bank management role in the region. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Five to ten years of related experience in Retail Banking with in-depth exposure to both the operational and sales functions within a branch in a leadership capacity. Extensive knowledge of consumer asset and liability products and services, as well as alternative delivery channels is required. Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
