| Job Description: |
These are positions that requires a very good understanding of US GAAP taxonomies/construction, financial reporting and a solid understanding of financial statements (ideally 10K, 10Q, 20F....) As Senior Manager - responsible for evaluation and analysis of how current clients are using company's product. Develop, re-design and extend content and strategies Consultant: When not directly working with active XBRL submission clients: Investigate competitive products and competitor filers/filings Work with Marketing for brochures and presentation slides Possible tagging of low priority (and simple) jobs Research new SEC pronouncements and XBRL activity |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Certified/Chartered Financial Analyst|Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Finance background - finance or accounting undergraduate; CFA (level 1) or CPA progression preferred Ability to navigate financials - not just book knowledge Technology savvy - understanding of XML and databases High knowledge of MSFT products - Word, Excel, Presentation skills |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Either have worked in audit or a financial data vendor (analyst capacity – not account manager) |
