| Job Description: |
A well established manufacturing company headquartered in Louisiana is seeking a Senior Manager SEC Reporting Manager and Accounting Policy. You will report to the Corporate Controller and supervisor 4 SEC reporting analysts. Job responsibilities:: Provide direction to four SEC analysts in the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings release data and commentary Have direct oversight of research and support for SEC and USGAAP accounting and disclosure processes Manage monthly and quarterly USGAAP consolidated financial statement processes Manage external and internal audit interface processes regarding SEC and USGAAP reporting matters Work on special projects as designated by the Corporate Controller and Senior Management |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
10+ years SEC reporting experience within industry or public accounting experience. CPA required. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Prior Big 4 experience. Currently in an SEC Manager role. |
