Lead the direct sales force for the mortgage business line and executes the overall business strategy for Mortgage Lending. Successful experience leading a financial services sales team of 200+ within a large, multi-state footprint. Mortgage leadership /Sales experience is PREFERRED |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Proven experience in developing and implementing large initiatives and partnering with other lines of business and implementing areas to cross sell. Demonstrated leadership and management skills and the ability to build and motivate strong teams. Thorough understanding of consumer regulations and the overall regulatory framework governing retail banking. Develop and implement initiatives in order to drive results, grow market share and exceed production goals. Successfully develop, coach and motivate mortgage team of 6 Regional Managers and 150+ Mortgage Loan Officers. Continuously recruit, hire, and train additional mortgage lenders throughout footprint. Develop and nurture a strong partnership with fulfillment and finance functions to support a unified approach to the mortgage business lines. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
12+ years progressive growth experience in financial services; five or more years in a senior management role. |
