| Job Description: |
THE ROLE: · Build relationships and credibility with key executives across the organization · Identify and scope/size (DMAIC) · Advise internal customers and executive leadership as to opportunities for improved efficiency and/or enhanced productivity · Lead and steer organization-wide cross-functional teams to deliver results on time or better and on budget or under · Serve as the SME for quality/Six Sigma on internal customer teams · Drive the cultural understanding and acceptance of Six Sigma through the internal client organization |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
QUALITIES: · Stellar relationship builder · Exudes credibility and establishes him/herself as value-add immediately · Strong business acumen · Outstanding technical Lean Six Sigma skills · Ability to drive accountability, action and results without specific direct line authority REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: · Five to ten years experience in process improvement with deep recent experience in Six Sigma. Candidates with lack of transactional Six Sigma experience will NOT be considered. · Minimum five years experience in financial services. Preference given to candidates with investment banking, banking, brokerage, and/or insurance experience. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelors degree in business, technology, math/statistics, sciences. Preference given to advanced degrees. · Six Sigma certification attained from a highly reputable source. Preference for Lean certifications. MBB will be OVERQUALIFIED for this role and therefore not considered. Compensation for this position is very competitive, and for the right candidates, relocation assistance may be provided. Position will be located in a Midwest metropolitan. |
