| Job Description: |
Credit Manager in South Carolina # Supervise the activities of a staff of 6 in the performing of Credit, Collection and Accounts Receivable functions # Investigate the financial standing and reputation of credit applicants, and approve or reject applications # Establish and control credit limits and terms # Work closely with customer service in the coordination of the application of credits # Plan company strategies and policies relating to merchandising, direction and market share by liaison with senior marketing, promotion, buying and sales executives # Authorize and handle negotiations with clients in areas of credit limits, account adjustment and debt-repayment plans |
